New conveniences for users of the GF website: online payment and interactive help tool "What to do in a traffic accident?"

The new website of the Guarantee Fund provides enriched information about the functions and activities of the organization, while retaining all the previous functionalities and possibilities for users' inquiries, including the most widely used ones - checking for the availability of the compulsory MPTL insurance and the border liability insurance, checking for claims settlement representatives, etc.

"Providing a digital environment and solutions oriented to the needs of consumers is an important focus of the Guarantee Fund. With the renewed website and its innovations, we aim both to facilitate citizens and to create optimal conditions for higher consumer awareness" - said Maxim Kolev, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Guarantee Fund.

Among the innovations is the possibility for consumers to pay online their liabilities such as fines for lack of MPTL insurance and liabilities under recourse notice and settlements.

The interactive online help tool "What to do in the event of a traffic accident?" is unique for Bulgaria. The tool aims to guide users with information on different situations related to road accidents. The focus is on the options for innocent victims of road accidents to obtain compensation under MPTL insurance and on the consequences for uninsured drivers. The online tool "What to do in case of a traffic accident?" is developed in the form of a quiz, whereby users can access the situation of interest accompanied by relevant information and advice through a selection of sequentially presented options. It covers common road traffic accident situations in Bulgaria and abroad.
